Privacy Policy

When you book a project we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location, the details you give about your wall and budget, and the consultation time you choose.

We also keep technical data needed to protect the site from abuse, such as a hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting. We do not use advertising trackers.

If you send us a testimonial, we store your words, your name, the project you mention, and the date you agreed to have them published. An email address is optional and is used only to confirm it is really you; it is never shown on the website. Nothing is published until we have reviewed it, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule site visits, and deliver the mural. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to run the website: Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection), and our hosting provider. They process data only on our behalf.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. Inquiries that don't lead to a project are removed on request.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls so only authorized team members can view it, and protected with bot and abuse prevention on public forms.
